These terms cover your use of NoiseDrop at www.noisedrop.app. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
NoiseDrop generates and plays ambient soundscapes from a text description or a curated catalog of environments. No account is required for the free version. It's provided as a web app and installable PWA.
Premium purchases are billed and managed entirely through Stripe. Pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation are handled at checkout and through Stripe's own customer tools — we don't separately store your payment method or billing history.

The NoiseDrop app, its curated environment catalog, artwork, and audio layers are owned by NoiseDrop / Revel Entertainment. Scenes you create by mixing or generating are yours to use and share via the app's share links.
NoiseDrop is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — it's an early-stage product, actively being built.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoiseDrop and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
